From your cart to your door.
Four steps, clearly explained.
1. Choose
Browse the collection and open any product to see its composition, directions, number of strips per package and how long a package lasts.
2. Sign in and order
Create an account or sign in, then check out. Your account keeps your orders, tracking and returns in one place. You see the full price, including shipping calculated for your address, before you pay.
3. We ship
Your order is handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. We email you a tracking number as soon as it ships. We currently ship within the United States.
4. Use
Follow the directions on the package and on the product page. Keep strips in their sealed pouch until use and store the package as directed on the label.
If something is not right
Damaged, incorrect or missing items: write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We replace the item or refund it in full. Unopened packages can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refunds and returns policy.
